• Once your pre-order is placed, you will receive a confirmation message via email. This confirms that we have received your order and are processing it.

 

2. Delivery Date Notification

• After placing your pre-order, you will be provided with an estimated delivery date. This date may vary based on product availability and logistics.

 

3. Payment Terms

• Full payment is required at the time of placing the pre-order unless otherwise specified. Payments are non-refundable. q

4. Delivery Process

• We will ensure your order is delivered on or before the estimated delivery date. Should any unexpected delays occur, you will be notified immediately with an updated timeline.

Please note that the pre-order timeline is subject to change and can change. Orders cannot be refunded or cancelled due to a later delivery than expected. We will provide a new delivery expected date if needed. 

5. Order Changes or Cancellations

• Changes to your pre-order (e.g., quantity or fragrance selection) must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.

• Cancellation requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to a cancellation fee.
